Black Belt is the Advanced level course in the Six Sigma Methodology. It comprises of the detailed DMAIC approach using several measurement & statistical analyses. After completing the course, learners are well versed with all Six Sigma concepts. They are able to manage large projects in a systematic manner. At the end of the course, the learner is required to take the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt exam.
The exam comprises of 150 Questions and total 150 Marks with a 4 hour allotted time.
